We strive to empower individuals, communities and all nonprofit organizations, both locally and nationwide, by providing greater access to aid & resources.
To help put a stop to this inappropriate behavior by joining in the fight with other nonprofit groups in Memphis and across our Nation. We do not need new programs; we simply need to work with the ones already in existence by using our model as a platform.
Linol Foundation's staff and board members have more than 30 years of combined experience dealing with children and teen development. Working with those who have been abused, subjected to teen violence, and those who were former bullies.
Our staff is a diverse team of professionals who understand firsthand what it takes to make a difference in a child's life. Our founder came from a broken home made up only of his mother and 6 siblings. Living in some of the same conditions and dealing with some of the same problems teens are facing today. Times have changed, the classrooms are no longer a safe place for our kids to learn, resulting in poor achievement and coping skills. This is the very reason Linol Foundation was created. We are committed to working and partnering with other 501c3 organiztions, businesses , community leaders, families and educators alike to help stop abuse and teen bullying.
We have neglected and let our children fall behind; its time for us to stop pointing the finger of blame! It takes a village to raise a family, so lets come together and show our love and our support throughout communities of this great nation. Linol Foundation is "The Who, What, When and Where Foundation."
Our goal is to help existing 501(C) 3 organizations that are on the front lines in this fight. We are specifically targeting those organizations whose efforts are in this area of "Teens Violence, Abuse, and Bullying". Using Television ads, Radio, Public Service Announcments, Community Leader's , alone with Star Power (Movie Stars and Recording Artist). Awards will be given to showcase those combined efforts highlighting those 501(C) 3 and community business leaders who have proven themselves in the community, getting others to give back, and raising the much needed funds to stop this epidemic.
